Transactions

The Transactions section provides a full ledger of all payments processed through Clubnest for your club, including ticket purchases, product orders, coaching bookings, and membership payments.

Viewing Transactions

  1. Go to Finance > Transactions.
  2. The table shows every transaction with:
    • Date — When the payment was made.
    • Member — Who made the payment.
    • Amount — The transaction value.
    • Status — Completed, pending, or refunded.
    • Type — What the payment was for (ticket, product, coaching, etc.).
    • Reference — A unique payment reference for reconciliation.

Filtering Transactions

Use the filters at the top of the table to narrow down transactions by date range, status, or payment type. This makes it easy to produce monthly or yearly summaries.

Exporting

Export the transaction list to CSV for use in your club's accounting software or for auditing purposes.

Payment Providers

Clubnest processes payments through Stripe (primary) and Paddle. All payment data is stored securely and Clubnest never stores raw card details.
