Junior Login IDs & Credentials

Junior Login IDs & Credentials

Juniors log in to the Clubnest mobile app using a simple two-part credential — a Login ID and a Temporary Password. This system avoids the need for email addresses or complex passwords for children.

How Login IDs Work

  • Login ID — A unique 6-digit number automatically generated when a junior is added to your club. It is unique within your club so two juniors will never share the same Login ID.
  • Temporary Password — A 4-character uppercase code generated at registration. It is valid for 90 days. The junior can change it after first login.
  • Passport Number — A global unique reference for the junior across all Clubnest clubs. Useful for safeguarding records.

Finding a Junior's Credentials

Credentials are displayed once immediately after a junior is added (both via the admin dashboard and the parent member dashboard). If a parent has lost the codes:

  1. Go to Junior Management > Juniors.
  2. Open the junior's record.
  3. You can generate new temporary credentials from their profile if supported by your club settings.

Sharing Credentials with Parents

When you add a junior through the admin dashboard, the Login ID and Temporary Password are shown on screen immediately after saving. Copy and share these with the parent by any secure method (text message, email, or in person).

When a parent adds their own junior through the member website, the same codes are shown on screen for them to note down.

Security Notes

  • Temporary passwords expire after 90 days for security.
  • Login IDs are permanent and do not change unless manually reset by an admin.
  • Junior accounts are separate from parent accounts and can only access the junior app features.
