Enquiry Threads
The Enquiry Threads section organises incoming contact form messages into conversation threads, making it easy to track replies and ensure no enquiry is left unanswered.
How Enquiries Come In
When a visitor or member submits the contact form on your club website, their message is automatically logged as an enquiry in your dashboard and you receive an email notification.
Viewing Enquiries
- Go to Orders & Enquiries > Contact Enquiries.
- You will see a list of all enquiries with:
- Name — The sender's name.
- Email — Their contact email.
- Subject — The enquiry subject.
- Status — Open, In Progress, or Resolved.
- Date — When the enquiry was received.
Replying to an Enquiry
- Open the enquiry to view the full thread.
- Type your reply in the response box.
- Click Send Reply. The member will receive your response by email.
- All messages in the thread are stored for reference.
Changing Status
Update the enquiry status to keep track of which items have been handled. Resolved enquiries are archived automatically after 90 days.
