Managing Courses

Courses are structured learning programmes made up of multiple sessions (course dates). Unlike one-off coaching sessions, courses run over a period of time with regular scheduled dates.

Creating a Course

  1. Go to Junior Management > Courses.
  2. Click New Course.
  3. Fill in the course details:
    • Title — The course name (e.g. "Junior Angling Pathway — Level 1").
    • Description — What the course covers and who it is for.
    • Capacity — Total places available per session.
    • Price — The cost to enrol.
    • Venue — Where the course is held.
    • Age Groups — Which junior age groups can enrol.
  4. Add the course schedule — a list of dates with their individual venues and times.
  5. Publish the course to make it available for registration.

Course Registrations

Once a course is published, parents can register their juniors from the club website. Each registration is linked to a specific junior and their parent's account.

To view registrations, open the course and select the Registrations tab. You can also add or remove registrations manually from this tab.

Waiting List

When a course reaches capacity, additional registrations are added to a waiting list. If a place becomes available you can promote a waiting list registration to confirmed directly from the Registrations tab by clicking Promote to Registered.

Course Dates

Each individual session within a course is a Course Date. Course dates can be viewed and managed separately from Junior Management > Course Dates, where you can see per-session enrollments and mark attendance.
