Age Group Pricing
Clubnest supports different ticket prices for different age groups, so you can offer concession rates for juniors, youths, and other categories without creating separate ticket types.
Setting Up Prices
- Go to Ticket Management > Ticket Prices.
- Select the ticket type you want to configure.
- Add a price entry for each age group (Adult, Junior, Cadet, Youth, Senior, etc.).
- Set the price for each group.
- Save your changes.
How It Works
When a member purchases a ticket on your website, Clubnest automatically applies the correct price based on the ticket type and the age group of the angler. Members simply select the ticket type and the system handles the pricing.
Free Tickets
Set a price of £0 for any age group to offer free tickets. This is useful for junior clubs that want to provide free day tickets to under-16s.
Season vs Day Pricing
You can set separate prices for day, week, and season tickets within the same ticket type. This gives members the flexibility to choose the duration that suits them while always paying the correct rate for their age group.
