Creating a Clubnest account is the first step toward digitising your angling club operations. Once registered, your club will have access to a secure, dedicated space with its own domain, settings, and content.
This guide explains how to set up your account and prepare your dashboard for first use.
Step 1: Register Your Club
- Visit https://clubnest.co.uk/register
- Complete the registration form with the following:
- Club name
- Club contact email
- Club phone number
- Admin name and password
- Click Create Account
Once submitted, your club will receive a unique subdomain (e.g., yourclub.clubnest.co.uk) or, if configured, you may request a custom domain.
Step 2: Access Your Club Dashboard
- Visit your assigned Clubnest URL.
- Login using the admin credentials created during registration.
- You will be redirected to your personalised dashboard.
Step 3: Complete Your Club Profile
Navigate to the Settings section to add essential information:
- Full club name and contact details
- Logo and branding assets (supports JPG, PNG, and SVG)
- Address and location
- Social media links
- Club description and key personnel
This information is used throughout your club’s frontend and emails.
Step 4: Configure Your Permissions
From the dashboard:
- Invite additional users (admins, coaches, bailiffs)
- Assign appropriate roles and permissions
- Review safeguarding policies and upload documentation (if applicable)
Clubnest allows you to control access based on user roles, ensuring only the right people can manage events, see participants, or view sensitive data.
Step 5: Launch Setup Wizard (Optional)
If enabled, the first-time login will display a setup wizard. It walks you through:
- Creating venues
- Adding coaching sessions or matches
- Uploading your logo and banner image
- Configuring ticket types (day, week, season)
This can be skipped and revisited later in the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
