Age Groups
Age groups allow you to categorise juniors and apply age-based pricing, restrictions, or session rules. Clubnest includes three default age groups but you can customise them to match your club's structure.
Default Age Groups
- Cadet — Youngest category.
- Junior — Middle category.
- Youth — Oldest junior category.
Managing Age Groups
- Go to Ticket Management > Age Groups.
- You will see a list of all configured age groups.
- Click New Age Group to add a new one, or click an existing group to edit it.
Age Group Fields
- Name — The label shown throughout the dashboard and on public-facing pages.
- Minimum Age — The youngest age allowed in this group.
- Maximum Age — The oldest age allowed in this group.
- Description — Optional extra information for your team.
- Active — Toggle to enable or disable an age group without deleting it.
Where Age Groups Are Used
- Junior profiles — Each junior is assigned an age group when registered.
- Ticket pricing — Different prices can be set per age group.
- Match results — Results can show the age group of each participant.
- Coaching sessions — Sessions can be targeted at specific age groups.
