Holiday Units
The Holiday Rentals module allows clubs with accommodation — lodges, caravans, camping pitches, or glamping units — to advertise and manage bookings directly through Clubnest.
Creating a Holiday Unit
- Go to Holiday Management > Holiday Units.
- Click New Unit.
- Complete the wizard:
- Name — The unit name (e.g. "Lakeside Lodge 1").
- Type — Lodge, Caravan, Camping, Glamping, or Other.
- Pricing Mode — Per night, or per stay (weekend / midweek / week).
- Sleeps — Maximum number of guests.
- Bedrooms — Number of bedrooms.
- Check-in / Check-out Times
- Description — Details of the unit's features and amenities.
- Photos — Upload images using the media library.
- Amenities — List of what's included (e.g. heating, WiFi, fishing peg access).
- Toggle Active to publish the unit on your website.
- Click Save.
Pricing
Set prices using the Holiday Rates section. You can define rates for weekends, midweek stays, full weeks, and different seasons.
Availability Blocks
Use Holiday Blocks to mark dates when a unit is unavailable (e.g. maintenance, reserved for club events). Blocked dates cannot be booked by members.
