Match Results
After a fishing match has taken place you can log the results directly from the Fishing Matches section of your dashboard. Results are linked to individual participants — both juniors and adult members.
Adding Results to a Match
- Go to Junior Management > Fishing Matches.
- Open the match you want to record results for.
- Select the Results tab.
- Click New Result.
- Choose whether the participant is a Junior or an Adult:
- For juniors, select the child from the dropdown.
- For adults, select the club member (user) from the dropdown.
- Enter the result details (weight, points, position, or any custom fields).
- Click Save.
Result Fields
- Participant — Junior or adult member.
- Weight / Points — The angler's total weight or points for the session.
- Position — Their finishing position in the match.
- Notes — Any additional comments about the result.
Viewing Results
All results for a match are displayed in the Results tab, showing participant name, type (Adult / Junior), and their recorded details. Results feed into the Fishing Leagues module for automatic standings calculation.
Editing or Deleting a Result
Click the edit icon next to any result to update it, or use the delete icon to remove it. Changes take effect immediately in any associated league standings.
