Holiday Bookings
When members make a reservation for one of your holiday units, the booking appears in the Holiday Bookings section. You can review, confirm, and manage all reservations from here.
Viewing Bookings
- Go to Holiday Management > Holiday Bookings.
- The bookings list shows:
- Unit — Which lodge or pitch is booked.
- Guest — The member who made the booking.
- Check-in / Check-out — Dates of the stay.
- Guests — Number of people staying.
- Total — The total cost of the booking.
- Status — Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled.
Bookings with Pending status are highlighted. The badge counter on the menu shows how many bookings are awaiting action.
Confirming a Booking
- Open the booking.
- Review the guest details and dates.
- Click Confirm. The guest will receive a confirmation email automatically.
Cancelling a Booking
If a booking needs to be cancelled, open the booking and set the status to Cancelled. The guest will be notified by email. Any refund must be processed separately through your payment provider.
Manual Bookings
To add an offline booking (e.g. a telephone reservation), click New Booking and complete the form manually. This will block the dates from online availability.
