Managing Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions (also called Coach Products) are the bookable coaching offerings you publish for parents and juniors. Each session has its own schedule, capacity, price, and assigned coach.

Creating a Coaching Session

  1. Go to Junior Management > Coaching > Sessions.
  2. Click New Session.
  3. Complete the session details:
    • Title — The name shown to parents (e.g. "Beginner Float Fishing").
    • Description — Full details of what the session covers.
    • Coach — The club member delivering the session.
    • Price — The cost per booking.
    • Capacity — Maximum number of participants.
    • Date & Time — When the session runs.
    • Location / Venue — Where it takes place.
  4. Upload a cover image and any relevant documents.
  5. Toggle Published to make it bookable on the website.
  6. Click Save.

Viewing Bookings

Open any coaching session to see the Bookings tab, which lists every member who has booked a place. You can see their name, junior attending, and booking status.

Managing Capacity

When a session reaches its maximum capacity, it is automatically marked as full on the website and no further bookings can be made. You can increase the capacity at any time from the edit form.

Cancelling a Session

If a session cannot go ahead, unpublish it or set it to cancelled. Members who have booked will be notified by email automatically.
