We built Clubnest while running junior sessions and quickly realised clubs were juggling WhatsApp lists, paper forms and spreadsheets. Important details were missed; coaches spent more time on admin than angling.

What began as a junior management tool evolved as we worked with club leaders and partners such as the Angling Trust and the Canal & River Trust. The same problems kept appearing: registrations, safeguarding, communications, payments and permits.

Through research, field testing and constant feedback, Clubnest became a full digital toolkit for grassroots organisations: memberships, QR permits, coaching bookings, match sign-ups, content/SEO, reporting and more.

Today, Clubnest powers digital operations for clubs across the UK, including:
