QR Code Ticket Scanning

Every ticket issued through Clubnest includes a unique QR code. Bailiffs and club officials can scan these codes on the bank to instantly verify a member's permit without needing paper records.

How Scanning Works

  1. A member purchases a ticket via the Clubnest website or app.
  2. They receive a digital ticket with a QR code by email and/or in their member account.
  3. On the bank, the bailiff opens the Clubnest scanning tool on their phone.
  4. They scan the member's QR code.
  5. The system instantly confirms whether the ticket is valid, expired, or invalid.

What the Scan Shows

  • Member name
  • Ticket type (day / week / season)
  • Valid from and valid to dates
  • Venue or water the ticket covers
  • Whether the ticket has already been used today (for day tickets)

Issued Tickets Overview

Go to Fishing Tickets > Issued Tickets to see a full list of all tickets currently issued, including their validity status. You can search by member name, ticket type, or date to find specific records quickly.

Manually Issuing a Ticket

Bailiffs can also issue tickets manually for members who pay on the bank. Go to Fishing Tickets > Issued Tickets > Issue Ticket and complete the form. A QR code is generated automatically for the new ticket.
