Managing Users & Parents

The Users / Parents section shows every adult member who has joined your club. This includes parents of juniors, bailiffs, coaches, and any other registered member.

Viewing Club Members

  1. Go to Junior Management > Users / Parents.
  2. The list shows each member's name, email, phone number, and their assigned role within your club.

What You Can See

  • User Name — The member's full name.
  • Email — Their registered email address.
  • Phone — Their phone number (if provided).
  • Role — Their current club role (e.g. Admin, Coach, Member).
  • Default — Whether this is their primary club (if they belong to multiple Clubnest clubs).
  • Member Since — When they joined the club.

Viewing a Member's Profile

Click on a member to view their full profile, including any juniors they are linked to as a parent or guardian.

Removing a Member

If a member leaves the club, you can remove them from the member list. Their account will remain active on Clubnest but they will no longer have access to your club's data or dashboard.

Related: Invitations

To add new members to the club, use the Invitations feature under Admin Management. New members receive an email invitation and join automatically when they accept it.
