Managing Juniors
The Juniors section is the central place to manage all children registered with your club. Each junior has their own profile, linked parent, age group, and a unique login credential for the junior app.
Viewing Your Juniors
- In the dashboard, go to Junior Management > Juniors.
- You will see a list of all juniors registered to your club, showing their name and age group.
- Use the search bar to quickly find a specific junior.
Adding a Junior (Admin)
- Click New Junior.
- Enter the junior's name and select their age group (Cadet, Junior, or Youth).
- Select the parent / guardian account they should be linked to.
- Complete any additional custom fields your club has configured.
- Click Save.
A unique Login ID (6-digit) and Temporary Password are generated automatically and displayed immediately after saving. Share these with the parent so the junior can log in to the Clubnest junior app.
Adding a Junior (Parent — User Dashboard)
Parents can add their own juniors from the My Juniors section on the member dashboard at your club's website. After adding a junior they will see the same Login ID and temporary password.
Junior Credentials
- Login ID — A 6-digit number unique to the junior within your club. This is what the junior enters on the login screen.
- Temporary Password — A 4-character code generated at registration. The junior uses this to log in for the first time. They can change it from the app.
- Passport Number — A unique reference number for the junior across all Clubnest clubs.
Age Groups
- Cadet — Youngest group.
- Junior — Middle age group.
- Youth — Oldest junior group before adult membership.
Age group definitions (minimum and maximum ages) can be customised from Ticket Management > Age Groups.
Editing a Junior
Click the edit icon on any junior to update their details. You can change their name, age group, or linked parent from the edit form.
Safeguarding Note
Junior data is kept separate from adult member data and access is controlled by the Manage Juniors permission. Only authorised staff can view or edit junior records.
