Inviting Team Members
You can invite coaches, bailiffs, administrators, and other helpers to your Clubnest dashboard without them needing to contact support. Invitations are sent by email and expire automatically if not accepted.
Sending an Invitation
- Go to Admin Management > Invitations in your dashboard.
- Click New Invitation.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Click Send Invitation.
The recipient will receive an email with a secure link. When they click the link, they will be asked to create (or log in to) their Clubnest account and will then be added to your club automatically.
Invitation Statuses
- Pending — The invitation has been sent but not yet accepted.
- Accepted — The user has joined the club.
- Expired — The invitation link has passed its expiry date.
Resending or Cancelling
From the Invitations list you can delete a pending invitation to cancel it. Simply create a new invitation if you need to resend one.
After Joining
Once a user accepts their invitation you can assign them a role from Admin Management > Roles to grant the appropriate dashboard access. New joiners start with no special permissions until a role is assigned.
