Product Orders

When members purchase items from your club shop, their orders appear in the Product Orders section. You can view, process, and fulfil orders directly from your dashboard.

Viewing Orders

  1. Go to Shop > Product Orders.
  2. Each order shows:
    • Order Number
    • Member — Who placed the order.
    • Items — Products and quantities ordered.
    • Total — Order value.
    • Status — Pending, Processing, Dispatched, or Completed.
    • Date — When the order was placed.

Processing an Order

  1. Open the order by clicking its row.
  2. Review the items and member details.
  3. Update the status to Processing when you begin fulfilment.
  4. Update to Dispatched when the item has been sent or is ready for collection.
  5. Update to Completed once the member has received their order.

Stock Management

Product stock levels are tracked automatically. When an order is placed, the quantity is deducted from inventory. You will see a warning if an item is running low on stock.

To manually add or remove stock (e.g. to account for new deliveries or write-offs), use Assets Management > Add / Remove. Every stock movement is logged with the date, quantity, and staff member who recorded it.
