Blog Management
The blog lets you publish news articles, match reports, tips, and any other content directly to your club website. Posts can be categorised, tagged, and scheduled for future publication.
Creating a Blog Post
- Go to Website Management > Blog Posts.
- Click New Post.
- Fill in the Title and write your content using the rich text editor.
- Select a Category (create categories first if needed — see below).
- Upload a Featured Image to appear at the top of the post and in listings.
- Set the Published At date to schedule the post or publish it immediately.
- Toggle Published to make the post live.
- Click Save.
Blog Categories
Categories help members browse posts by topic (e.g. Match Reports, Club News, Tips & Tricks).
- Go to Website Management > Blog Categories.
- Click New Category, enter a name, and save.
- Categories are then available when creating posts.
SEO Settings
Each blog post includes SEO fields for:
- Meta title
- Meta description
- Canonical URL
Filling these in helps your posts rank well in search engines and improves click-through rates from search results.
Editing & Deleting Posts
Use the edit icon in the Blog Posts list to update any post. Posts can also be unpublished (toggle off) or permanently deleted.
