Social Media Post Queue

The Social Post Queue lets you view and manage automatically scheduled social media posts. Clubnest can generate and queue posts to platforms such as Facebook based on rules you define.

Viewing the Queue

  1. Go to Marketing > Social Post Queue.
  2. You will see all posts that have been queued, sent, or failed, with details including:
    • Rule — The automation rule that generated the post.
    • Platform — The social media platform it is destined for.
    • Status — Pending, Sent, or Failed.
    • Scheduled For — When the post is due to go out.
    • Sent At — When it was actually sent.
    • Failure Reason — If a post failed, the reason is shown here.

Social Post Rules

Rules define when and what Clubnest posts automatically. Go to Marketing > Social Post Rules to create or edit rules. Examples:

  • Automatically post when a new fishing match is created.
  • Post a reminder 24 hours before a coaching session.
  • Share new blog posts to Facebook automatically.

Social Connections

To enable automatic posting, connect your social accounts from Marketing > Social Connections. Follow the on-screen authorisation flow to connect Facebook or other supported platforms.
