Holiday Rates & Seasons
Clubnest allows you to set flexible pricing for your holiday units using Seasons and Rates. This lets you charge different prices for peak summer periods, off-season stays, or special events.
Creating a Season
- Go to Holiday Management > Seasons.
- Click New Season.
- Give it a name (e.g. "Summer Peak", "Low Season") and set the start and end dates.
- Save the season.
Creating Rates
- Go to Holiday Management > Rates.
- Click New Rate.
- Select the unit and season this rate applies to.
- Set the prices for:
- Per Night
- Weekend (Fri–Sun)
- Midweek (Mon–Thu)
- Full Week
- Save the rate.
When a member books a unit, Clubnest automatically applies the correct rate based on the season and length of stay.
Blocking Dates
Use Holiday Blocks to mark specific date ranges as unavailable on a per-unit basis. Useful for maintenance windows, club committee retreats, or dates reserved for specific events.
