Coach Bookings Management

The Coach Bookings section shows all one-to-one and group coaching sessions that members have booked. You can review bookings, manage availability, and contact participants directly from here.

Viewing Bookings

  1. Go to Orders & Enquiries > Coach Bookings.
  2. Each booking shows:
    • Session / Product — The coaching session booked.
    • Member (Parent) — The adult who made the booking.
    • Junior — The child attending (if applicable).
    • Date & Time — When the session is scheduled.
    • Status — Confirmed, Pending, or Cancelled.

Managing a Booking

  • Confirm a pending booking to lock it in and notify the member.
  • Cancel a booking if the session cannot go ahead.
  • Edit a booking to update the date, time, or participant details.

Booking Notifications

Members automatically receive email confirmations when a booking is made or its status changes. Reminder emails can also be configured to send before the session date.
